The MRU OMS 420 is an in-situ gas analyzer designed for real-time measurement of oxygen (O₂) and carbon monoxide equivalent (COe) in industrial combustion processes such as boilers. It enables continuous combustion optimization and energy efficiency improvements, supporting process temperatures of up to 1,700 °C (depending on the model).

  • Multiple configurations available: Compact, High-Temperature (HT), and Remote Transmitter (RT) models.

  • High-accuracy zirconium dioxide (ZrO₂) sensor with fast response time (<10 seconds).

  • Dual analog outputs (4–20 mA) and digital output (RS485, Modbus RTU).

  • Rugged aluminum die-cast housing, rated IP65 for industrial environments.

  • Options for automatic calibration and compressed air back-purge, ideal for dusty environments.

  • Service-friendly design: quick replacement of the transmitter module by removing only four screws.

Measurement Ranges :

  • Oxygen (O₂): 0.1 – 25.00 %, with accuracy of ±0.2% or ±5% of reading.

  • COe: 0 – 1,000 ppm, with accuracy of ±50 ppm or ±10% of reading.

This product is ideal for heavy industrial applications such as cement plants, power generation facilities, and refineries, and is also available in an Ex-version for hazardous area (Zone 2) applications.
