Portable syngas analyser for long-term measurements of special gases (syngas)
VARIOluxx Syngas is a syngas portable analyzer equipped with a combination of EC, NDIR and TCD sensors, complete with a heated sampling line and gas cooler, making it highly suitable for long-term syngas measurements in large-scale industries such as :
- Steel industry: coke oven gas, blast furnace gas
- Biomass or coal catalytic oxidation (gasification)
- Waste gasification process, plasma gasification process
- Steam reforming of liquid hydrocarbons (refinery gas etc)
- Flare gases, research … and others
VARIOluxx is also equipped with a touchscreen display, data transmission interfaces (RS485, 4–20 mA, USB, etc.), and MRU4win software to support emission reporting.
